This document describes the process of creating and developing the Toolkit. The elaboration of this technological tool is established in 3 phases: the assessment of needs, the co-creation of the resource, and the testing of the tool developed.

In the hands of the technology company, a technological tool has been developed focused on co-creation, health, and the caregivers with resources and contents of utility, interest, and profit for those informal carers, professional experts, and people with Alzheimer’s. The conclusions of the document provide an evaluation and perspective of the work carried out to assess whether the Toolkit is feasible to continue to be developed and implemented.
